At ImageChat, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines our refund terms for subscriptions, credit packages, and lifetime purchases.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Within 3 Days of Purchase

Full Refund Available

• You are eligible for a full refund within 3 days (72 hours) from the date of purchase
• No questions asked
• All credits, subscription time, or lifetime access will be revoked upon refund

2.2 Within 7 Days of Purchase

Partial Refund Based on Usage

• Refund amount is calculated based on credit usage
• Formula: Refund = Original Price - (Credits Used × Credit Unit Price)
• Minimum refund amount: $0 (no refund if most credits have been used)

Example:
You purchased 100 credits for $10
You used 30 credits
Refund amount = $10 - ($10 × 30/100) = $7

Important:

• Subscription days elapsed may also be factored into the refund calculation
• Refunds are processed to your original payment method

2.3 After 7 Days

No Refunds Available

• All purchases are final after 7 days
• You may cancel subscription renewal at any time
• Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing period

3. Refund Process

3.1 How to Request a Refund

• Send an email to support@imagechat.co
• Include the following information:
  • Your account email address
  • Order ID (found in your purchase confirmation email)
  • Reason for refund (optional but helpful)

3.2 Processing Time

• Refund requests are processed within 5 business days
• You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is approved
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method

4. Subscription Cancellations

4.1 Cancelling Renewal

• You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• You will continue to have access until the period ends

4.2 No Refunds for Partial Months

• Subscription fees are not prorated for partial months
• If you cancel mid-month, you retain access until the month ends
• Annual subscriptions may be eligible for prorated refunds within the 7-day window

5. Credit Packages

5.1 Credit Expiration

• Credits never expire
• Credits remain in your account until used

5.2 Refund Rules

• Within 3 days: Full refund, all credits revoked
• Within 7 days: Partial refund based on credits used
• After 7 days: No refunds

6. Lifetime Purchases

6.1 Lifetime Access

• Lifetime purchases provide access for the lifetime of the service
• "Lifetime" refers to the operational lifetime of ImageChat, not your lifetime

6.2 Refund Rules

• Within 3 days: Full refund
• Within 7 days: Partial refund based on usage
• After 7 days: No refunds

7. Exceptions

7.1 Service Issues

If you experience significant service issues:

• We may provide extended access, additional credits, or other compensation
• Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis

7.2 Fraud or Violations

• No refunds will be issued for accounts that violate our Terms of Service
• No refunds for fraudulent purchases
• No refunds for accounts terminated for policy violations

8. Chargebacks

• Please contact us before initiating a chargeback
• Chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension
• We will contest fraudulent chargebacks

9. Policy Updates

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do:

• The "Effective Date" at the top will be updated
• Significant changes will be notified via email
