3. Account Registration

- You need to create an account via Google OAuth
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information
3.2 Account Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
- Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Acceptable Use
4.1 You Agree Not To:
- Upload illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or infringing content
- Upload content involving child sexual abuse (CSAM)
- Upload unauthorized private images
- Attempt to bypass security measures
- Use automated tools to abuse the Service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
4.2 Content Restrictions
Prohibited Content: CSAM, NCII, all NSFW content (nudity, pornography, adult-oriented), extreme violence, hate speech, IP-infringing content.
Consequences: Content removal, account suspension/termination, reports to law enforcement if applicable.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Your Content
- You retain ownership of uploaded images
- You grant us a limited license to process images and provide the Service
- We do not claim ownership of your content
5.2 Our Content
The Service, website, logo, and brand are our intellectual property. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
6.1 Pricing
Current pricing is available on our Pricing Page. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
6.2 Refund Policy
- Within 3 days: Full refund available
- Within 7 days: Partial refund based on credit usage
- After 7 days: No refunds available

7. Disclaimers
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties
- AI-generated content does not constitute professional advice
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the past 12 months

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
